This is a 3D Camera Tracking footage. I took the video using my phone without stabilizing it (to make it look more realistic). Afterwards I tracked the shot in After Effects, which gave me coordinated to then insert the 3D objects using Cinema 4D.

The shadows were rendered separately in order to have full control over them, both colour and position-wise. The glass was a challenge but it came out good.

This is the marker that I used. They are extremely helpful for the program to track every frame of the shot, since it has a high contrast with the background.

I could only use one since the glasses and the fork were not enough to conceal it once in post production. With a better rig I would have shot two footage, one with the markers and one without as a background plate to erase the markers.
